Minimum $100 deposit is required.

Until June 1 deposits must be made by personal check. Deposits must be received within ten days to confirm your reservation.

Deposits less a 10$ service charge will be refunded if at least a 3 day cancellation notice is given.

Rentals are payable upon arrival and acceptance of the cottage. Rates are quoted in US dollars. Payments can be made by Mastercard, Visa, or US currency.

No refunds on shortened stays

All rates are subject to 7% Maine sales tax

Well trained pets with owners that are willing to pick up after them are welcome. A 50$ deposit is required for all pets.

Check-out time is 10:AM; Check-in time is 1:00 PM.
